About New York Rowing Association Masters (NYRA)

NYRA Masters is a casual rowing team open to all adults, ages 18 and older, regardless of past rowing experience. The program runs all year long and consists of on the water rowing (April 1-November 1, weather permitting), and erging and running as a team during the off-season. Regular practices are held at the Peter Jay Sharp Boathouse in Swindler Cove Park, a 5 minute walk from the Dyckman Street stop on the 1 train.
